Visited the shop to look at carpet as we bought blinds from this shop a few years ago...very annoying as they have no prices on display so you have to ask for help and everything is billable!

We arranged for them to come round to measure up, which they did and the man said he would send out a quote within 2 days...nearly 2 weeks have passed and no quote has been sent, looking at other reviews we are not the only ones.

I asked if we could get a quote with and without the removal of our current carpet and the man just wanted to quote including removal, but begrudgingly agreed, so it seems like it is just a money making scheme. Such a disappointment as the orginal owners were so helpful and professional!

Anyway, if we do ever receive a quote we have no intention of following it up now as I don't think customers matter to them...I am sure I will get a reply from them on here with some excuse, my advice is don't promise customers things that you can't fulfill!

I cannot recommend this shop, which is a shame as the previous owners were amazing!

We really wish we had found this company sooner for multiple reasons.

1. The customer service is second to none. From the initial consultation all the way through to after care.

2. The initial consultation was fantastic as they really listened to the aura we were going for in our guest bedroom. Questions were asked and answered with a smile and it seemed as if nothing was too much trouble.

3. The first phase of installation of the ceiling mounted rails was smooth and professional installation.

4. We were kept in the loop on production of our chosen curtains, including any stock delays of the material. Then again, informed once theybwere manufactured and ready to be hung.

5. The quality! Oh boy oh boy. For the same price, the quality of our curtains far surpasses anything we had supplied by other big name companies. From our guests (in laws or adult kids) all the way to our cleaners, they have all exclaimed how great they are.

So in short, we will never again use the bigger named companies. This company is so friendly, professional and also provide all the information you want, we would not go anywhere else again. Add in the quality at excellent prices, why would we?

Very disappointed with new owner. Chased our quote twice over a 3 week period - after initially being told it would be done over a weekend. We then found he had mis-written and questioned the measurement's for our curtain - 38 x 30 cm!? After using Cambridge Interiors for numerous blinds, curtains for our house and Mum’s flat over the years, we won’t be returning.

Everyone we spoke to was polite and helpful. We were given good information to help us make our decisions. The work was carried out by a very pleasent fitter who did an excellent job and was happy to help us move a couple of heavy peaces of furniture back into the room. Fantastic quality and customer service from this company, Al and his colleagues are friendly, understanding and transparent with what they are providing and cost. We ordered a roller blind, vertical blinds and a carpet.

We are yet to have the carpet installed (Review will come) but the blinds we have are amazing, I installed the vertical blinds myself as we already had the fixings installed with different colours (Again from Cambridge Interiors) but the quality is outstanding. We had the roller blind installed and the person who did this was very nice, helpful and did a great job.

If you are in the market for any home improvments and would like to support a local business rather that a corporate chain, not mentioning any names, then I would highly reccoment Cambridge Interiors.

Unable to make another review for this company, unfortunately. So I am edited my original one.

We had our carpet fitted yesterday, Al turned up with the carpet fitter Marcus and yet again the level of service and quality of product is absolutely fantastic. I think customer service goes a long way and the level of customer service and after-care speaks volumes from this company and in my opinion is worth it because you will go back. The carpet is so soft under our feet and feels wonderful to touch. We are very happy with the product.

Absolutely delighted with our blinds and curtains from Cambridge Interiors, which have transformed our new home at Alconbury Weald. Alistair, Jenny and the team were fantastic, giving us loads of helpful guidance and keeping us updated on the progress of our order. We were able to have a short pull cord fitted in our toddler's bedroom, allowing us to control the blinds but making sure our daughter cannot tamper with them. Our finished blinds and curtains are beautiful, creating a calm and cosy atmosphere in all rooms of our home. We would not hesitate to use Cambridge Interiors again. Thank you so much!

We used Cambridge Interiors to fit blinds and curtains across the entire downstairs including kitchen, dining and living room. We purchased a variety of products, in-fit blinds, roller blinds, venetian blinds and full-width curtains.
The final finish was exactly as we had hoped. Along the way the Cambridge Interiors team were extremely helpful making a number of visits to the property to ensure we were happy with the products and installation.
We did raise one concern during the installation of one of the products, and I cannot fault the Cambridge Interiors team for their excellent customer service in resolving the matter to our satisfaction in a prompt and professional manner.
From our initial visit into the showroom in Huntingdon to the final hanging of the curtains in the living room, the service has been fantastic, polite, friendly, with insightful guidance that helped us through the process.

I have just had new flooring fitted in my kitchen. In the showroom it was so easy to choose the flooring that I liked as I was given all the information that I needed. The gentleman that measured the floor listened to my requests and gave me all the information I needed to achieve the best results.
The fitter was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The quality of the flooring and the results are exceptional. I highly recommend this company.

Good product supplied and fitter was very good both technically and his interaction. Communication e.g. email/tel response could be improved as we had no response to emails while shop was closed for holiday - maybe an 'out of office' message would have helped?

Thrilled with both the service and products from Cambridge Interiors. We had a number of quotes from different companies for blinds/curtains for kitting out our entire new build and ultimately went with Cambridge Interiors because of the great service and superior product. Alistair had endless patience with us chopping and changing fabrics and choices and was never pushy despite our dithering.
The roman blinds, curtains and day & night blinds we have are all fitted perfectly, thick high quality fabrics and we couldn't be happier!
I'm sure we'll seek blinds for our velux windows and bifolds in future and I know exactly where we'll be going, highly recommend 👍

Alistair and Frank were exceptional.
Alistair put himself out to measure our windows in our new house before it was finished so we could have privacy in our home immediately.
Frank did the fitting and was particularly careful working in our new home.
Cambridge Interiors were first class in every respect and I would recommend their company to anyone looking for window finishes.

Excellent and very reliable small business fitting blinds and curtains. Despite the situation being challenging (windows in an old property, all different sizes, sloping and curved), everything was dealt with, measurements taken and blinds professionally made and fitted to the highest standard. Great service from start to finish. We had curtains made and hung for our living room, and blinds for our home office. We got really helpful advice on things like the best curtain length and what type of blinds might suit what windows, which we found really helpful. The quality of the products was also excellent and we were so pleased with both things but especially the curtains which fall really beautifully, look expensive and have made such a difference to the warmth of the room.

A fabulous range of fabrics to choose from, it did not take me long with the expert help of Alistair to pick 2. Samples were received within 48 hours and from there Cambridge Interiors sent someone to measure for bedroom curtains and a roman blind. Within the timeframe quoted we have fully installed curtains and blind, perfect. Alistair was knowledgeable and professional with a definite flair for interior design. Challenge you to find a better service and price anywhere!
