Curtains
We offer a wide range of made-to-measure curtains in hundreds of fabrics, colours, and patterns from our designer brand partners. Options include eyelet curtains, pencil pleat curtains, pinch pleat curtains, tab top curtains, and wave curtains, all available with a range of lining options including standard, blackout, thermal, and interlined.
The cost of made-to-measure curtains varies depending on the fabric chosen, the size of your windows, and the heading style and lining selected. During your showroom visit, we’ll help you find options to suit your budget and taste. Because every order is completely bespoke, we provide a detailed written quotation before you commit to anything.
Interlined curtains have an additional layer of soft interlining between the fabric and the lining, giving them a beautifully full, luxurious drape. They also provide excellent thermal insulation and sound reduction — ideal for older properties or rooms that feel cold or noisy.
We source curtain fabrics from an exceptional range of designer brands including Harlequin, Sanderson, Laura Ashley, Clarke & Clarke, William Morris, Romo, Ashley Wilde, Prestigious Textiles, and Linwood. New collections arrive twice yearly, so there’s always something fresh to discover.
Yes. We encourage you to take fabric samples home so you can see how they look in your own space and in your own lighting before committing. We know how important it is to see colours and textures in their natural environment.
Once your order is confirmed and your deposit paid, curtains typically take around four weeks to manufacture. Installation is then usually scheduled within six weeks of your order date, depending on fitter availability. We’ll always give you a clear timeline when you place your order.
Yes. Professional fitting is a core part of our service. Our experienced fitters will install your curtain tracks or poles and hang your curtains to the highest standard. Fitting costs are provided as a separate, transparent cost alongside your quote.
Absolutely — in fact, we often recommend it. Layering curtains with a roller blind or roman blind gives you excellent light control, privacy, and a beautifully dressed window. Our team can advise on the best combinations for each room.
We offer a range of heading styles including pencil pleat, pinch pleat, eyelet, tab top, goblet pleat, and wave. Each creates a different look and suits different track or pole styles. We’ll guide you through the options during your consultation.
Blinds
We offer a wide range of made-to-measure blinds including roller blinds, roman blinds, venetian blinds (aluminium and wood), vertical blinds, and pleated blinds. All blinds are made to your exact window measurements and are available in a wide range of fabrics, materials, and colours.
Yes — all of our blinds are made to measure. We don’t supply standard-sized or off-the-shelf blinds. Every blind is manufactured specifically for your windows to ensure a perfect fit.
Intu blinds are a type of blind that clips directly into your window frame — no drilling required. They’re ideal for conservatories, double-glazed windows, and situations where you don’t want to damage walls or window frames. They’re available as roller blinds, venetian blinds, and pleated blinds.
A roller blind rolls up into a neat tube at the top of the window when raised and gives a clean, contemporary look. A roman blind folds up in elegant horizontal pleats and tends to suit more traditional or classic interiors. Both can be made in blackout, light-filtering, or sheer fabrics depending on your needs.
Yes. Blackout blinds are available in roller, roman, and venetian styles. They’re particularly popular for bedrooms and children’s rooms. We can advise on the best option for your specific windows and requirements.
Made-to-measure blinds typically take around two weeks to manufacture. Installation is usually scheduled within three weeks of your order date. We’ll confirm exact timings when you place your order.
Yes. We regularly fit blinds to bay windows, roof windows, skylights, and conservatory windows. Bespoke sizing means unusual shapes and sizes are not a problem — our measuring service ensures every blind fits perfectly.
We work with trusted industry brands including Intu and Louvolite to supply our roller, roman, venetian, vertical, and pleated blinds. All products meet the highest quality standards and come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Yes. All of our blinds comply with current UK child safety regulations. We offer cordless and motorised options as well as safety devices for corded blinds. The safety of your family is always our priority.
Plantation Shutters
Plantation shutters are solid interior window shutters with adjustable louvres (slats) that allow you to control light and privacy from inside your home. They’re fitted within the window recess and are a permanent, stylish alternative to curtains or blinds. They add significant visual appeal and can increase the value of your home.
Plantation shutters can be fitted to almost any window, including bay windows, sash windows, arched windows, doors, and french doors. Our team will measure your windows precisely and advise on the best shutter style and configuration for each one.
Louvre slats are available in a range of sizes, typically 47mm, 63mm, 76mm, and 89mm. Larger louvres allow more light in when open and give a more contemporary feel, while smaller louvres suit traditional and heritage-style properties.
Our shutters are available in a range of painted finishes, with white and off-white being the most popular choices. Custom colour matching is also available. We can help you choose the right finish to complement your interior décor.
Plantation shutters are made to your exact specifications and typically take 10–12 weeks from order to installation. This reflects the precision manufacturing process involved. We’ll confirm your expected installation date when you place your order.
Yes. Plantation shutters are one of the most practical window dressing options available. The louvres can simply be wiped clean with a damp cloth, making them ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and homes with children or pets.
The cost of plantation shutters varies depending on the size of your windows, the louvre size chosen, and the configuration (full height, tier-on-tier, café style). We provide detailed, transparent quotations after your home measuring appointment. Because shutters are a long-term investment, we focus on quality and value for money.
Full height shutters cover the entire window and open as a single panel. Tier-on-tier shutters have independent upper and lower sections, giving you total flexibility over light and privacy. Café style shutters cover only the lower half of the window, allowing light in from the top while maintaining privacy at street level. Our team will help you decide which style suits your home and lifestyle best.
Yes — plantation shutters are widely regarded as a premium home improvement that enhances both the appearance and perceived value of a property. They’re particularly popular in new build homes and period properties alike.
Yes. We supply shutters in moisture-resistant materials that are specifically designed for use in bathrooms, wet rooms, and other high-humidity environments.
Flooring
We offer a wide range of premium flooring options including carpets, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), vinyl sheet flooring, and engineered wood. All flooring is supplied and professionally fitted by our trusted installation team.
We stock carpets from leading UK brands including Cormar Carpets and Penthouse, offering a wide range of styles, fibres, colours, and textures to suit every room and budget.
Luxury vinyl tile (LVT) is a highly durable, realistic-looking flooring option that replicates the appearance of natural wood, stone, or tile. It’s water-resistant, easy to clean, and comfortable underfoot, making it ideal for kitchens, hallways, bathrooms, and open-plan living areas. Brands like Karndean and Polyflor are among the most respected names in LVT.
Yes — most LVT products, including our Karndean and Polyflor ranges, are compatible with underfloor heating systems. We’ll confirm suitability for your specific product and subfloor when we carry out your measuring appointment.
LVT (luxury vinyl tile) is a thicker, more premium product with a realistic printed layer and protective wear coating. It’s typically available in individual tile or plank formats. Vinyl sheet flooring is a more affordable option available in wide rolls and is particularly practical for kitchens, utility rooms, and bathrooms.
With proper care, a quality carpet from a reputable brand can last 10–20 years. Many of the premium carpet brands we supply offer manufacturer warranties of 10–15 years when professionally fitted. We’ll advise on the best carpet for the expected footfall and use in each room.
Yes. We always recommend professional-grade underlay beneath carpets for improved comfort, sound insulation, and longevity. We’ll include the appropriate underlay as part of your flooring quotation.
Carpets and LVT typically take around one week to arrive from order. Installation is usually completed within four weeks of ordering, depending on fitter availability. Flooring installation is generally carried out in one day per room, depending on the size and complexity of the job.
Yes — uplift and disposal of existing flooring can be arranged as part of our fitting service. This will be included as a separate line item on your quotation so you can see exactly what’s covered.
Yes. We can recommend flooring options specifically suited to pet-friendly homes. LVT and vinyl are particularly practical choices as they’re scratch-resistant, waterproof, and easy to clean. For carpet, we can advise on the best fibre types and construction for durability and resilience.
Hallways are high-traffic areas and need a durable, easy-to-maintain floor. LVT and vinyl are excellent choices for hallways due to their durability and ease of cleaning. For carpet, we’d recommend a tightly woven style in a darker tone or pattern to hide wear. Come into our showroom and we’ll help you find the right balance of style and practicality.
Measuring, Ordering & Fitting
Yes — accurate measuring is included as part of our service. After your showroom visit, one of our team will visit your home to take precise measurements of all your windows and rooms. This ensures every product is made to the exact right size.
We always recommend letting our team carry out the measurements to guarantee a perfect fit. Incorrect measurements are one of the most common causes of fitting problems with made-to-measure products. Our measuring service is part of the overall service at no extra charge.

Aftercare & Warranties
All of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties:
Curtains & Blinds: Blind manufacturers will remake any defective product within 12 months of fitting
Flooring: Premium flooring brands such as Karndean and Cormar offer warranties of 10–15 years when professionally fitted
Fitting: All fitting work is guaranteed for 12 months
If you experience any issue with a product or fitting, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll assess the problem and liaise with the relevant supplier or fitter on your behalf. For fabric products, please check for any defects before production begins, as we’re unable to accept returns once an item has been made to order.
Care instructions vary by fabric. We’ll always provide you with care guidance specific to your chosen fabric when your curtains are fitted. As a general rule, most made-to-measure curtains should be professionally dry-cleaned rather than machine-washed to maintain their shape, lining, and appearance.
Most blinds can be wiped clean with a soft, damp cloth. Fabric blinds may need specialist cleaning. We’ll provide specific care advice for your blind type and fabric when they’re installed.
Plantation shutters are very easy to maintain. Simply wipe the louvres and frame with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. The hard-wearing paint finish is designed to stay looking great for years.
Vacuum regularly to remove dust and debris and deal with spills promptly by blotting (never rubbing) with a clean cloth. For deep cleaning, we recommend using a professional carpet cleaning service rather than DIY machines, which can leave excess moisture and damage fibres. Your carpet’s care label will provide specific guidance.
LVT is very easy to maintain. Sweep or vacuum regularly and mop with a damp (not wet) mop and a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals, steam mops, and abrasive products. Use felt pads under furniture legs to prevent scratching.
